Founded in 2023, Campfire Management is the culmination of 25+ years of experience within the construction industry.
Our mission is to make a positive difference within the civil site construction industry – through experience, trust, and integrity to help one person at a time, solving one problem at a time.
Campfire Management provides in-house, field and remote civil site construction management services drawing on 25+ years of hands-on construction experience. Campfire specializes in a mentoring and tutoring approach working with existing key personnel to achieve company directives and goals in an efficient manner. Expertise includes Estimating, Project Management, Information Technology, Purchasing, Human Resources, Safety, Fleet Management, Business Development, Relationship Management and Senior Management responsibilities with a focus on employee development.
Campfire Management was founded to provide exceptional service to the civil site construction industry, contractors and associated support vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
Executive Bio
Don Campbell has demonstrated leadership qualities over decades of experience with an emphasis on servant leadership, mentorship and a teaching mindset. His greatest accomplishments are not the successful projects that he has been a part of, but the people and relationships that he has fostered.
